Excel Spreadsheet

To make thing easier we have provided an Excel spreadsheet for your use.

Downloading Excel Spreadsheet

To download the excel spreadsheet just click here. Please note that you can only use this type of spreadsheet if you have Microsoft Excel installed on your computer. For anyone a little unsure of how to download a document to their computer please follow these instructions:

  1. Firstly 'right click' HERE
  2. Then a small window will open up and you will need to select the option: "Save Target As"' and save it to a suitable place on your computer. May I suggest you save it to your desktop to make it easier to find.

Sending Us the Spreadsheet

Once you have completed the inventory the best way to send it to us is to attach it to an email.

To do this:

  1. Start your email program
  2. Enter info@discountbackloading.com.au in the 'to' address
  3. In the subject please enter 'Quote Request'
  4. In the body of the email type any additional information you either require or think we should know
  5. Attach the completed inventory to the email, this will depend on which email program you are using but in Outlook it would mean clicking on the paperclip symbol and browsing to your completed inventory
  6. Once this is attached, simply press 'Send'.
